Christian Aid Offers You Present Aid

Every year at this time, you and I face the same question: " What can I give as a Christmas present to someone who already has everything they want?". Perhaps we should ask ourselves another question: What can I give to someone who has very little or nothing that they need?". This Christmas, as in the past, Christian Aid provides an answer with their Present Aid project.

How does it work? Well, you can choose a wide variety of gifts for the world's needy from the Present Aid catalogue. The choice ranges from a mosquito net (£11) to a community water tap (£45), a herd of goats(£60) or a cash cow (£165). For each present you order, Christian Aid will send you a gift card to give to your friend or family member. The card describes how Christian Aid helps people in the developing world to improve their own lives; there is also a blank space for your own personal message.

Copies of the Present Aid catalogue are available at St. Mary's, Marshfield or from Paul Sawyer(891436).
