Matthew Higby, Church Bell Engineer

Rt Revd Lee Rayfield, Bishop of Swindon

Revd Simon Drew, Vicar of Marshfield

Eric Pullen and Paul White, Churchwardens

Doug Bond, Tower Captain

Steve Coleman, Ringing Master of Gloucester and Bristol Diocesan Association of Church Bell Ringers

Hugh Evans, Chairman of Gloucester and Bristol Diocesan Association of Church Bell Ringers

Matthew Higby passes the 'Symbolic Rope' to the Vicar, and informs him that the bells have been re-hung.

The Vicar hands the rope to the Bishop and asks him to re-dedicate the bells

Having done so, the Bishop hands the rope to the Churchwardens, asking them to accept charge of the bells

The Vicar gives the Ringing Master the authority to ring the bells, and the Tower Captain leads the Ringing Master to ring a bell briefly while the members of the Dedication Party return to their seats.
